上海证券交易所（以下简称本所）第十次会员大会审议通过的《上海证券交易所章程（2020年修订）》已经中国证监会批准，现予以发布实施。本所于2018年7月20日发布的《关于发布实施<上海证券交易所章程（2018年修订）>的通知》（上证发〔2018〕53号）同时废止。
特此通知。
