日前，国家税务总局副局长丘小雄在全国国税系统财务工作视频会议上对今年国税系统财务工作提出了“突出节俭、注重优化、强调创新、着力透明”的工作思路和基本要求，同时强调国税系统2013年要重点抓好九个方面的财务工作。
这九方面的工作包括：一是完善经费保障机制。二是改革基建经费分配体制。三是全面推进实有资金账户监管。四是强化预算执行。五是推进预算绩效管理。六是厉行勤俭节约。七是推进财务信息化建设。八是夯实财务管理基础。九是加强财务队伍建设。
