近日，一些省（市、区）陆续公布2013年地方政府债券的发行规模及资金安排计划。其中，江苏省将发行地方债153亿元，新疆发行95亿元，重庆为88亿元，海南60亿元。
2013年由财政部代理发行地方政府债券3500亿元，较2012年2500亿的规模增加了40%，因此，财政部核定的各省（市、区）地方政府债券发行规模，比去年都有不同程度的增加。
